Technical Service and Support

Operating within our selected business areas demand a responsive service and support organization well equipped for dealing with all aspects of hardware, software, and system integration issues.

For this purpose EIVA has a fully equipped electronics workshop and a team of highly specialized electronics engineers and hydrographic surveyors capable of providing warranty repairs, technical service and field support, maintenance and repair etc. as well as system integration and installation. Our technical personnel have attended training courses in troubleshooting and repair and we are officially certified by our principals for carrying out said type of work.

The services provided also include participation in mobilization and commissioning of survey systems as well as post-processing services. Our technical knowledge of the instrumentation used by the survey industry is extremely broad and our hydrographic surveyors are expert users within all aspects EIVAs own NaviSuite software product suite.

We have many years of offshore experience through participation in a wide range of hydrographic surveys all over the world, as hydrographic surveyors, technicians, engineers, operators, or acting as Client’s representative.
